I was refereed to Cornea Consultants by my Doctor that was unable to perform lens replacement. Saw Dr Hill, did measurements etc. Made surgery appointment and they said they would get old records. I contacted them 10days prior to surgery via patient portal and phone. Lisa at Dr Jason Hill’s office called me back in 8 days, 2 prior to surgery and asked how she could help. I asked if she had listened to my message or seen the patient portal message. She said no one had told her their was a portal message (40 days later there is still no reply), I asked if she had gotten my medical records because prior to procedure I needed to confirm measurements were different and different lens was being used so as not repeating the same issues. She did not have records and saw nothing about type of lens to be used. I canceled surgery and requested Doctor call to clear up these issues. He called 15 days later left message and said he would call back next day, never did and office staff was terrible

I have been going to Dr. Groos for at least 15 years. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this place for years seeing Dr Shiveits.I haven't been here in a couple years because I wound up with long covid to put me down for a while. Long story short, because I'm workers comp and I've been that way since 1990, they decided to close my case and drop me and leave me hanging.Footnote, I cleared this all up with the billing department before I showed up with my appointment and I have an email proving everything was good to go but the lady at the desk said absolutely not.Because of my eye injury I have to see the best they are and Dr shivitz was that man, but because of a pencil Pusher I have to find someone as good as him, and in my opinion he's the best in the business.EDIT! My Doctor got wind of this and fixed it. God bless him!

I was extremely nervous coming in for a recurring injury in my eye. All the staff were phenomenal. The office is very nice and updated. I knew I was in the right place when I entered the door! Dr.Chang was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. I'm very appreciative that I found this place and I feel much better having a treatment plan! Thank you!
