I have been going to this place for years seeing Dr Shiveits.I haven't been here in a couple years because I wound up with long covid to put me down for a while. Long story short, because I'm workers comp and I've been that way since 1990, they decided to close my case and drop me and leave me hanging.Footnote, I cleared this all up with the billing department before I showed up with my appointment and I have an email proving everything was good to go but the lady at the desk said absolutely not.Because of my eye injury I have to see the best they are and Dr shivitz was that man, but because of a pencil Pusher I have to find someone as good as him, and in my opinion he's the best in the business.EDIT! My Doctor got wind of this and fixed it. God bless him!

I was extremely nervous coming in for a recurring injury in my eye. All the staff were phenomenal. The office is very nice and updated. I knew I was in the right place when I entered the door! Dr.Chang was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. I'm very appreciative that I found this place and I feel much better having a treatment plan! Thank you!

Beware. With certain eye conditions the contact lens guy uses high pressure sales techniques to get you to buy expensive “custom” lens that may or may not work. The custom part means you’re out big $$$ with no refund if they don’t work. Management acted like they would help, but simply never got back with me…Bad experience.
